Tam Makers is a community of makers, teachers and students in Marin County. We build things together and offer courses, meetups and a makerspace at Tam High School in Mill Valley. To learn more, visit http://tammakers.org

Come create your own projects in these weekly workshops:
• Wednesdays 6-9pm: “You Can Build It” (with power tools)
• Thursdays 3:30-5:30 pm: “Teen Maker Club” (ages 12-17)
• Thursdays 6-9pm: “Maker Club” (no loud tools)

Our workshops, classes and meetups usually start at 6pm (except for Teen Maker Club, which starts at 3:30pm).

Meetups & Events

Join our free meetups for tours, demos and discussions — they are typically on the Last Thursday of every month.

No meetups are scheduled for the rest of 2018. Check this page for our next meetups in 2019.

Location

All our classes, workshops and activities are at Tamalpais High School, in our state-of-the-art wood shop and computer lab: 700 Miller Avenue (Room 416), Mill Valley, CA 94941.

The best times to visit our makerspace are during our free meetups (see above). Here are the directions to our makerspace (please email us if you would like to visit, as we are only open a few evenings per week).
