Monuments in Motion (in development)

A two-week experience in design and fabrication.

In this course you will learn the core techniques used to design and build a monument of your own that you can proudly display in public. You will learn the common visual language used by engineers, architects, builders, and makers to communicate their ideas. You will learn model making and construction with simple hand tools.

By the end of this course, you will have built a monument that you will tow behind a bicycle for public display. Photographs of your process and product can contribute toward a portfolio that you can use when applying for jobs or higher education.
